About Us

Raymond Allington established the practice in 1958. The business has been progressively developed over the years of its existence, and in order to maintain this development and further reinforce the resources available, we were merged with Haleys (formerly Haley Somerset Consulting ) on 1 June 2003. June 2006 saw RAP Consulting Engineers change their name to Haleys-RAP to establish a corporate identity within the Haleys Group. The new Haleys Consultancy (HC) group formed in June 2012 is where the business now resides as HC M&E.

Modern buildings require a highly diverse range of services specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of our Clients and their occupants. Every project, no matter the size, brings its own unique set of hurdles. At HC M&E we therefore treat every project individually, developing bespoke building services solutions for the project circumstances.

We work to add value and contribute to Client success through our commitment to the delivery of first class business solutions and consultancy services.
